Yes, I Can is excited to announce the following new editions in 2013:


  •  Pressure Canning - Utilizing a weighted-gauge pressure canner, Yes I Can will safely instruct the proper way to successfully can low-acid foods.
  • Low- & No-Refined Sugar Jams and Jellies - By using a specially created fruit pectin, the need for refined sugar is reduced, or in some cases, eliminated all-together. 
  • Expanded Workshop Days and Times
